Highway & Major Road Works.

For the Ministry of Works & Transport, Kallco resurfaced and strengthened major arteries including the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway, the North Coast Road, and the Naparima-Mayaro Road.

Highway-grade work leaves no room for compromise: the pavement carries constant, heavy loading, so every layer is milled, corrected, and re-paved to specification, with bridge joints and structures repaired where the corridor demanded it. Strip paving let us target the worst sections without closing entire routes.

Much of it happened alongside live traffic, under managed lane closures, so the network kept moving while we rebuilt the surface beneath it — then reinstated markings and safety systems before reopening to full flow.
