Roadworks, drainage, and flood mitigation delivered across three of the HDC's residential estates.
For the Housing Development Corporation, Kallco carried out road and drainage infrastructure across the Corinth, Oropune Gardens, and Greenvale Park estates — the systems residents rely on every day.
The work ranged from full road construction and paving to emergency roadway cleaning, outfall drainage, and flood-mitigation measures for estates prone to standing water. Each package had to be executed inside a live residential community, with access maintained for residents throughout.
Beyond the roads and drains, the scope reached into the details that make an estate liveable: paved walkways, speed humps, road safety measures, and even a community football field — all held to the same standard as national infrastructure.
